About Us

Dana and Brittnie both came to acupuncture first as patients many years ago. They had various female specific health conditions and found acupuncture to be the positive health solution they had been looking for. This revelation led them to pursue a career in acupuncture with the hopes of helping others. Esva was started after the birth of their first daughters, Esme and Nova.

Treatments

The number of visits depends on the disorder and the patient’s general health. An acute disorder may only need one or two treatments. This varies with the patient and the condition. A typical course in Traditional Chinese Medicine is about 6-10 treatments. Usually we would expect to see some change in the condition after 3-4 treatments. Occasionally, symptoms get worse for a short period as the body readjusts.

Cosmetic Acupuncture

Cosmetic acupuncture is a natural non-invasive treatment used to rejuvenate skin and fight the aging process. Treatment can help to smooth wrinkles, diminish fine lines, even out skin tone, and tighten skin. Results typically require between 6 - 12 sessions, with additional appointments for maintenance.
